Life is stressful, we all know that, for some people to a higher degree than to others, but at some point in all of our lives we face issues or hardships and sometimes, perhaps, just need somewhere, whether it be real or not, that we can escape to for some time to relax, unwind, and just feel at peace. There's no limit to what this place can be. For some people, it's a church, a temple, somewhere of religious or spiritual significance. For others, it can be somewhere outdoors, in a forest, by a lake, at a certain park that might hold some sort of personal significance. Or it can even just be your own home or a certain room where you don't get bothered much. Or maybe, it's somewhere in your mind/imagination.
So, do you have a "sanctuary"? If so, where or what is it? And what about it provides you with the security and peace of mind that you need from time to time?

A few places I consider are my "sanctuary" first off my living room where my playstation is. Just escaping the real world into a new virtual world is reliving to me. Also there's this place in my mind where I see things differently than other people and it beautiful, I love thinking about unexplained things or video games or just adventure.
