Alright guys, you've waited for it, now here it is. This is the Titan Subclass. I have already posted the Warlock and Hunter for those of you interested in them. Take a look at them, bump them, and by all means, let me know if there are problems with the
class.
The Supercharge was not a product of my mind. Fellow user and close friend Mickey253 came up with this, I am simply publicizing it
Patron of Fire
IWhat Destiny needs is a unique Tank class. Every other MMO has one. This class solves the Tank problem. Here, I'll Explain.
Grenades
Hellfire grenade
This grenade explodes in the air raining burning napalm upon the targets below. DoT lasts longer than that of the standard Gunslinger grenade, but does more damage and has a smaller AoE. Concentrated fury in a canister.
Debuff Grenade
Enemies hit by this will have a slight damage reduction applied to all traits. Guns, grenades, melees, and everything else does less damage than normal. Simple, but effective. Pair it with well-communicating allies for full blown carnage.
McAfee Grenade (Firewall Grenade)
Upon impact, a wall of flames erupts from the ground, stopping all enemy advancement in its tracks. Walking through this grenade is simply a bad idea. Does massive damage to anyone who passes through the unforgiving column of fire.
Jump
Jet Pack
Better control
Higher Boost
Better control and height
Toned down version of both, by combines the abilities. Similar to Sunsinger Warlock's Glide Upgrade
Melee ability
Ring of Fire
Different from its brother and sister ability, this is not an add on to the standard Titan punch. When activated, the Titan will clench his fist in front of him and a ring of fire will erupt around him in about a 1m radius circle. Not meant to annihilate what it touches, simply gets people to back off. Leaves a DoT that is weak but effective.
Upgrades
Burn the World
Increases the range of Ring of Fire to about 1.5 to 2m
Burn it all
Enemies killed by this ability burst into flames.
Can't touch this
Killing an enemy leaves you with a fire shield.
Supercharge
Imagine..... You're in the Crucible, and its a close match. Your team is making a last ditch effort to take the Victory. You've done the math and capturing this objective will give you a win, but losing the fight results in immediate defeat. You start hoping a teammate has a trick up their sleeve when you turn the corner and see an allied Titan raise his fist. A massive and impenetrable wall of flame erupts in front of him, stretching 2m off each side. He opens his palm and wills the wall forward, creating a moving wall of death. Your foes don't know what to do, and some are foolish enough to charge the wall. The result is a charred Ghost wishing he could facepalm and a burned corpse at your feet. Your allies rally behind the Titan and push into the objective.
The Wall (In reference to the wall surrounding the city. Titans built the wall, defended the wall, and died at the wall, it's only fitting that they can now wield the wall.)
After a short animation, a massive wall as described above appears in front of the Titan. The Titan can push forward by simply walking and move the wall with him. Any enemies that try to pass through will be damaged. PvP=Instant death. PvE=Death to all but Majors, Ultras, And high levels. Those that are lucky enough to survive are left with DoT. Any Projectilr that tries to pass through the wall is not permitted, from either side. From the front, the Titan is immune, but allies cannot shoot through the wall. While using this the Titan is incredibly hard to kill by has decreased movement speed and maneuverability. Allies that run through The Wall receive a buff called "Gift of the Wall" which directs 75% of all damage to the Titan holding the wall. This right here is what makes the Tank class. Pair this with the Storm Bringer class and your Fireteam is solid and ready for any situation.
Super Upgrades
Super Upgrade
Shaxx approves
Makes the wall considerably bigger
Go ahead, Shoot me
As the wall takes damage, Orbs of light spawn in.
Advance
Pressing LT sends the wall rushing forward. Anything caught in it gets demolished abs the Wall is dispersed after use. Requires 25 % super to activate.
Additional upgrades
Tier 1
Hold the Line
Flinch less and take slightly less damage while ADS.
"Heavy" Weapon
Speed is slightly increased when heavy weapon is equipped
Push the Wall
Movement speed while the Wall is active is increased.
Tier 2
The Tank

Traveler's Blessing

EDIT #2
Okay so i've gotten overwhelming feedback from you guys, much more than i expected. I really only thought i'd get 2 or 3 comments, but I've got about 15 right now. (I know it's not a lot, don't you dare ruin this for me) Anyway, most of it has been positive, however, a few people have had some worries, so, no fear, your voice has been heard, now hopefully I can answer it in a way that puts your concerns to rest.
First up!
paladin is a terrible name, seeing as it's a holy archetype, why would it have fire/solar abilities?
Alright, simple fix here, my bad. See, what happened was, i had a completely different Super in mind for this class, until my friend told me about this one. The name for mine was "Paladin" and actually made some sense with the class. However, i had already typed up the name and some other small things, and i completely forgot to change it to something fitting. So, go take a look at the new name. I feel it is much more suitable.
Alright, next concern, slightly more popular
Seeing as how Titans don't have blink, it should be a perk with the solar sub class. Maybe a toned down version of it at least.

I would love to see blink
Cut off part of one of those comments, but you get the point. Blink, or a blink like ability is wanted. And this isn't the only thread that says it. My only problem with this is simply that it doesn't fit the class. If you take a look at the Warlock and the Hunter, they rely on agility much more than a Titan. If you haven't seen this, play as a Hunter or a Warlock. It is quite apparent. Blink, is a very Agile and controllable move. Now you see me, now you don't. However, I do agree that the Titan isn't getting much love here. The solution? An ability that is unique in its own way that is not centered around Agile movement. Now I know what you're asking, "What could this new ability be?" and my answer simply is "I don't blamming know." If I somehow come up with something, you'll see it in an edit in no time. But as of right now, I'm drawing an absolute blank. No point in straining to come up with a mediocre ability that is completely trash right? This class, and its followers deserves a well thought out ability.
And finally, the biggest concern of all. PvP. There are three quotes that are in the comments that I could use, and i'm willing to bet there will be more, but let me put your mind at ease here.
So I realized, i did not specify the downsides of this class enough. And i did not give enough details on the super. For one, the wall is not infinitely high. It stands about as tall as two guardians, probably less. Now two guardians seems really tall, until you think, hang on, I just gotta press a single button twice and I've cleared that distance and then some. However, I did not specify the height, leaving all of you to think that it just didn't have an end. So this is me saying: Oops. My bad. Now, i did not specify how slow the Titan was while the super was active. It takes him about 5 seconds to complete half a rotation, leaving him facing the opposite direction. Take this into account, and suddenly, an unwinnable fight just became a massacre. Sure he's hard to kill, but what is he gonna do? Angrily yell at you until you stop? I'd say, simply jumping over the shield would render his super useless. Of course, this is not accounting for allies. Basically what i'm saying is, In a one on one fight, you can easily best a Supercharged Titan here. Now let's get to a different overpowered ability
.
Allies that run through The Wall receive a buff called "Gift of the Wall" which directs 75% of all damage to the Titan holding the wall.
Sounds ridiculous right? Let's break it down into its components.
-Guardians with "Gift of the Wall" are close to invincible. True, but the buff will only last as long as the shield does. Once the wall is down, so is the buff. Again, i did not state this. So again: My bad.
-But that Titan is really hard to kill. True, but take the damage that all those Guardians are taking and put that onto the Titan. If there are three Guardians with "Gift of the Wall" active, One well placed Nova bomb can finish the Titan and his pals.
All in all, this does sound like an OP class, but when you really look at it, it's only OP in certain situations. Alone in PvP, You're almost useless with that Super.
Thanks for the input guys! As you can tell, I listened! The criticism was great, and no one was a douche about it. I appreciate the complements as well, and if all goes well, you may see all three of my classes sitting on their own thread in the Feedback section, waiting to be questioned by the community. I look forward to anymore input you may have!
