The Arbiter returns as what?
So after watching this video, I'm wondering if the Arbiter will return as just a cinematic narrator or as a full-fledged playable badass like in Halo 2-3?
(Either way, it's still freaking awesome to see the Arbiter again)

6 RepliesI'm excited for his return as well. However, for the company that wanted to make Chief's armor look practical/functional, they sure did miss the mark with the Arbiter's armor.
