Got a hypothetical here. I have the One Way Ticket 000 rocket launcher. I have unlocked 3 rockets to a mag. It has field scout which gives me max ammo capacity. It also has clown cartridge with the ability to have a larger magazine when you reload. My question is this. When I pick up heavy ammo with a 3 round launcher like Truth in crucible, I usually get 3 rounds plus 1 extra. Now if I have clown cartridge with that 1 left over, could I still get a larger mag?
