Please validate. Besides that it's the average (as stated by Bungie).
How do you know specifically which guns are getting nerfed, and by how much.

From https://www.bungie.net/7_Destiny-Weapon-Tuning/en/News/News?aid=12557 Changes: •Reduce base damage of Auto Rifles by 2.5% (averaged across Rate of Fire stats, higher RoF took less of a reduction than low RoF) Post Dark Below, their "design" focus for autos was high ROF low impact, where pre dark below, there was a better distribution of impact to rate of fire ratios. So in the future, shotties are pump action with single loaded bullets and pulse rifles have 0 impact, and when crota returned, auto rifles needed more bullets that did less damage.... tha fewcha!
