I've only really thought of one for the Hunter, but here goes:
Netherstalker:
Super: Vision of the Void
This would be a super that works in a similar way to Radiance, cutting to third person for an animation, then going back into first person. What the super will do however is turn most of the Hunter's vision black and white, but any enemies will be outlined in red. Can see through walls at radar range, or any enemy in the Hunter's line of sight. Also, the Hunter will become shrouded by a black mist, which has several effects, based on the perks below.
Super Perks:
Replenishing Mist: Grants bonus to health and armor as well as increasing health regeneration. Heals nearby allies as well (thanks to BurntBeachToast for this idea)
Draining Mist: The Hunter leaves a trail where he/she walks, which steals life from enemies. Also, if the Hunter is close to an enemy, the enemy will have it's life drained.
Volatile Mist: The mist coats the Hunter's weapons, increasing their damage. Also, if the Hunter is killed while Vision of the Void is active, the Hunter explodes, killing nearby enemies.
Grenades:
Ensnaring Grenade: Grenade which works similar to the Gunslinger's first grenade (can't remember the name) or the Titan's flashbang grenade, except it traps enemies instead of setting them alight or blinding them.
Rebound Grenade: Grenade that deals moderate damage, but bounces off of targets, walls, etc. Has slight tracking capabilities, similar to flux or magnetic grenade.
Impaling Grenade: Grenade that deals high damage and can penetrate through thin surfaces, similar to AP rounds. Great for pesky Cabal Phalanxes.
Edit: Minor typos and added a jump ability.
Jump:
Shroud: Similar to blink, but here's how it works. When the player jumps once, they can choose to hold the jump button, and the Hunter will start an animation that's maybe a second or so long. Black mist covers the Hunter, then the Hunter teleports to where the reticle is aimed. Might seem OP, but here's some balancing factors. The animation leaves the Hunter exposed to any and all attacks. Also, the teleport is fairly short ranged, maybe a few meters. Finally, when the Hunter finishes the teleport, black mist falls away from them, which, while it looks badass, will blind the Hunter momentarily. This will help balance it out in Crucible and prevent teleporting shotgun users.
That's all I've got so far, let me know if you like it.

And melee ability, that could be double strike. Most melee abilities strike for 165 versus their regular counterpart's 100. First hit could be 100, second hit resets your position then instantly strikes again, doing the additional 65. Point of it? You strike, then reset, the enemies strike misses, then you finish your strike. It would keep you from kill trading but takes a little longer to complete, potentially lowering the ttk in a multiple person fist fight

Draining mist seems a little out of place on this game. That perk could be a spec ability modifier, adds 3/3 melee and grenade charges, giving the melee increase in range, and grenades extra damage. Catch would be the melee charges use up even if you miss, same with grenades. Does not decrease cool down, once you use whatever you have plus 3/3 you are essentially dry.

It's like you combined a little good from titan and warlock into a hunter ability that is still original and viable. Very cool man

This is great. Replenishing mist should actually apply healing to everybody around the hunter. The black, white, and red enemies is a great idea too;I love thermal sights
