Got it from this weeks Nightfall. I'd wanted it for a while, ever since my Grim Citizen was outdated by TDB. I was kinda bummed about the 22 rounds, but just like my Grim, it rolled with Field Scout. The other perks are sheet, but compared to the high ROF low impact junk from the DLC, I love it. They seriously need a way to update legendaries, if we want. With a game that has such limited loot/variations, upgrading legendaries should be there.
