Cryo Light (Full class ability and perk ideas)

Need bumps so this awesomeness can be share with ya'all! This post contains an idea for a new Light type: Cryo (Ice). All abilities and perks of all classes will be added (still working on Titan a.k.a "Colossus). [u][b]Cryo Light[/b][/u] Explanation of new effects: -"Chilled": Slows down enemy movements and rate of fire during the duration of the effect. Effect last 3 seconds as a standard (2 sec pvp). -"Frozen": Completely stops enemy movements during the duration of the effect. Effect lasts 3 seconds as a standard 1,5 sec pvp). After effect ends the target is immune to getting frozen for 3 sec (7 sec pvp) -"Shatter": Only effective on frozen enemies that deal 100% extra damage and removes the frozen effect. Frozen enemies shatter with enough damage dealt. [u][i]Classes and abilities:[/i][/u] [b][u]Hunter: Nomad[/u][/b] (CC support and semi-tank) The hunters of Uranus have long traveled the wastelands of its frozen tundras. With the travelers light they where able to harvest the cryogenic energies and use it as a force of nature against the darkness [u][i]Passive perks:[/i][/u] [u]Module zero:[/u] All granades now applies chill. [u]Misty cold:[/u] Frozen enemies freezes the ground around them, chilling enemies as they stand upon the area. The area remains for 3 seconds after the frozen target is unfrozen. [u]Cryo skin:[/u] Being near a frozen or chilled enemy gives an 50% increase to recovery and also gives a shield that growns stronger the more frozen or chilled enemies that's near (20% with 1 enemy, 100% with 5 enemies). The shield refreshes every 2 second while being near frozen or chilled enemies. Shield lasts for 5 seconds when no frozen or chilled enemies are near. [u][i]Melee attack[/i][/u] [u]Ice spear:[/u] Throws a spear with high precision (Range like a bullet but half speed). Ice spear sub perks: [u]Hail:[/u] Releasing the throw button will split the spear into several lesser ones to deal more spread damage. (Total damage done if all spears hits is double compared to the single ice spear) [u]Icicle daggers:[/u] If target dies, blast out 8 fast shooting ice dagger 360 degrees from initial target dealing medium damage and applies chill to enemies that are hit. [u]Coldseeker:[/u] Spear now seeks out closes target to the aim. Applies frozen to target. [i][u]Granades:[/u][/i] [u]Liquid nitrogen flask:[/u] Throws a flask that deal small area damage and leaves a medium sized radius that increases over a few seconds and eventually disappears. Enemies that walk within the area are chilled, are dealt damage over time and has a small chance of freezing every 1 second. [u]Portable ice turret:[/u] Throws a granade that creates a spiky ice pillar that rapidly shoots out icicles dealing low damage each at nearby enemies. Up to 3 targets can be shoot at at the same time. Lasts 5 seconds. [u]Chain frost granade:[/u] Throws a granade which seeks out nearby targets, dealing a small amounts of damage and links them together, making movement too far away from each other impossible. 30% of all damage and all status effects applied to one of the effected targets is given to all other chained targets. Chain lasts 5 seconds. [u][i]Jump ability:[/i][/u] [u]Ice thrusters:[/u] Pressing and holding the jump button in air lifts you higher, releasing keeps you in place. Very good directional control on stop and reusage. (Normal warlock glide timer on total air time) [i]Ice thrusters sub perks[/i] [u]Improved thrusters:[/u] Increase hight with usage of thrusters [u]Cryo battery:[/u] Increase flight time with usage of thrusters [u]Internal generator:[/u] Increases both flight time and hight (60% effectiveness of Improved thrusters and Cryo battery) [u][i]Passive perks 2:[/i][/u] [u]Cold trail:[/u] ice thrusters now chills enemies directly below the hunter if near enough [u]Lone wolf:[/u] Howl of Fenris now also maxes out its user's agility and gives a armor bonus. [u]Nomad's vitality:[/u] precision kills increase recovery rate of health. Stacks up to 3 times. [u][i]Super:[/i][/u] [u]Howl of Fenris:[/u] Maxes out stability and recovery and gives a 10% damage boost for 10 seconds to all guardians. [i]Howl of Fenris sub perks:[/i] [u]Thick fur:[/u] Now also gives a slow constant recovering shield to all guardians during the duration [u]Echo:[/u] Doubles the duration of Howl of Fenris. Also blinds most types (not ultras) of enemies in a HUGE aoe for a very short duration. [u]The Big Bad:[/u] Gives an additional 10% dmg boost and gives all guardians a chance to apply frozen on all hits. [b][u]Warlock: Arctic Wanderer[/u][/b] (CC and DPS) An expedition sent by an unknown Warlock order uncovered many secrets on Uranus. They found a way of bending the elements of frost to their will. [u][i]Passive perks:[/i][/u] [u]Ice pick shots:[/u] Shooting through an enemy that is frozen penetrates and applies frostburn and chill to targets that are hit. Weapons with slower rate of fire applies a greater damage over time effect. Rockets can't penetrate targets. [u]Shivering mist shots:[/u] Each hit on enemies has a chance to briefly blinding enemies. Also has a chance to apply a shivering doom effect (deals extra damage instantly). Weapons with slower rate of fire has a higher chance to apply blind and frostbite. (Rocket launchers have a 50% chance from initial rocket damage) [u]Cryogenic shots:[/u] Shooting an enemy has a chance to apply chill. Shooting chilled enemies has a chance to apply frozen. Weapons with slower rate of fire has a higher chance of applying chill and frozen effects. +1 recovery [u][i]Melee attack[/i][/u] [u]Frost blast:[/u] Target is frozen in place, afterwards the target is chilled for the same duration as the frozen effect had. [i]Frost blast sub perks:[/i] [u]Cold Shotgun:[/u] 120 degrees cone effect, starting from initial target, continuing behind a few meters. [u]Deep freeze:[/u] Doubles the time of frozen effect. +1 Armor [u]Ice wall:[/u] during the duration an ice wall is constructed from the initial target (out from the sides) that will completely block any enemy movement. Enemies that are close to the wall will be applied chill. [u][i]Granades[/i][/u] [u]Ice granade:[/u] Normal aoe granade that deals bonus dmg to chilled enemies. Extends frozen effect duration of enemies (If they are frozen) if they are hit. [u]Blizzard granade:[/u] Sticky granade that deals huge damage divided over 5 pulses in a large area [u]Tundra granade:[/u] Trap granade that explode in enemy proximity, dealing medium dmg in a normal aoe, also applies frozen effect to the targets that are hit. [u][i]Jump ability[/i][/u] [u]Ice plate:[/u] double jumping creates a small ice platform that hovers in air for a few seconds. Allies can also stand on these platforms (only space for 1 guardian at a time). Only 1 ice platform can be active at the same time. [i]Jump ability sub perks:[/i] [u]Ice trampoline:[/u] Jumping on an ice platform gives a boosted jump. [u]Double ice:[/u] extends duration of ice platform and allows 2 to be active at the same time. [u]Cold stance:[/u] Standing on a ice platform drastically increases stability and give a minor Armor increase during the platform stay. [u][i]Passive perks 2:[/i][/u] [u]Shattering light:[/u] Enemies you kill being shattered has a chance of spawning an orb of light [u]Regenerative fusion cells:[/u] Firing any weapon has a chance to give the shot without expending the ammo round. Chance accumulates and resets when you get a free shot. Switching weapons resets the chance. [u]Cold splatter:[/u] precision kills applies chill in a small area around the target. Targets that are already chilled has a chance to get frozen instead. [i][u]Super[/u][/i] [u]Rage of the Snow Giants:[/u] Throws a massive sphere of pure cryogenic energy (With both arms. Not like the voidwalker's super), dealing medium damage in a huge aoe. [i]Rage of the Snow Giants sub perks:[/i] [u]Deep freeze:[/u] Applies frozen effect to all enemies that are hit. [u]Tundra:[/u] Leaves an area within the supers area that chills enemies for a moderate amount of time [u]The Lesser Ones:[/u] instead throws 5 smaller, fast moving spheres that has minor tracking and medium area damage. Blinds enemies that are hit for a very short time. This took a lot of time to write. Hope you like it ^^ Edit 1: Finished with hunter and warlock. Titan is next. Maybe some tweaking of skill and perks too. Give feedback and suggestions! Edit 2: Removed some status effect to simplify and not making the light type to OP. Also finished making Titan perks and abilities! (Post is further down in the tread)

    [b][u]Titan: Colossus[/u][/b] (tank and DPS) Titans stationed at Uranus patrol the frozen wastes at weeks at a time. After being near absolute zero for this long, their insight in the cold unlocks new ways of fighting the darkness. [u]Cryogenic armor:[/u] enemies that hit you have a chance of being chilled. Enemies that hit you that are chilled have a chance of being frozen. +1 recovery [u]Frozen will:[/u] Damage that brings you near death will activate a ring of floating ice around you, shielding your surroundings from enemy fire for a short time. Has a 30 second cool down timer. Enemies that are close to the floating ice are chilled. [u]Chills down their spine:[/u] Chill effects are doubled in effectiveness and last a bit longer. [u][i]Melee attack[/i][/u] [u]Mountain punch:[/u] Pushes back enemy when ability hits. [i]Mountain punch sub perks:[/i] [u]Ice mirror:[/u] now also applies a shield that constantly regenerates very slowly and reflects shots back towards the attacker (you still take damage from the shots) [u]Avalanche:[/u] enemies close to the initial target are also knocked back. Applies blind for a very short duration. [u]Polar punch:[/u] Now also applies chill in an area around the target. [u][i]Granades[/i][/u] [u]Spiky ice flask:[/u] throws a flask that on hit expands in area over the duration. Enemies that stand in the area are dealt damage and have a chance of being frozen. [u]Seeker ice:[/u] typical "hunter seeker granade" that deals Cryo damage and has a chance of applying chill for each seeker hitting a target. [u]Liquid ice granade:[/u] a granade that sticks to enemies at deals huge damage in a small area. [u][i]Jump ability[/i][/u] [u]Gates of jotunheim:[/u] short range blink [i]Gates of jotunheim sub perks:[/i] [u]Gate trap:[/u] Blinking leaves a trap that chills 1 enemy when they are near enough [u]Adapted traveler:[/u] you are now able to use 2 blinks in the air at the same time [u]Ice vortex:[/u] Blinking throws you further after exiting the blink. [u][i]Super:[/i][/u] [u]Blood of Fenris:[/u] Reduced incoming damage by 90% for 10 seconds. Taunts all enemies within a huge aoe. [i]Blood of Fenris sub perks:[/i] [u]Wicked blood:[/u] All guardians gains a chance to recover health with all hits. [u]Fearless Wolf:[/u] All guardians gains "unflinching" for the duration. The colossus deals 10% more damage for the duration. [u]Bringer of Ragnarok:[/u] 50% of all damage taken during blood of Fenris is reflected back at the attacker. (Damage returned is calculated before the 90% damage reduction) Other ideas: Titan super, chains of Fenris: shoots out frozen chain at all nearby enemies, pulling them to the Titan, applying frozen, frostburn and deals a moderate amounts of damage (Ultras will take the damage but will not be pulled or blinded)
