Fans of the Vanquisher 8
First off, I just want too say I'm a big New Monarchy weapons and shaders fan. I have two of their shaders, and all the weapons except the rocket launcher, and the red hand unfortunately. Still waiting on the ship though, but I have plenty more ranks too burn through. Anyways, too the point. I was curious as to how many people prefer the V8 over other legendary Auto Rifles. I bought the one that the vendor sells, and honestly it wasent too hot.. But last weeks nightfall, I got another Vanquisher, this time with a stability perk, field scout, and third eye. It's pretty sweet! It now has a 42 round magazine, and the stability and radar perks really make a fine finish for this gun. What Perk rolls did you get for your Vanquisher?
Months later, I now have everything except the ship. One day, my friends. One day.

I bought the vendor variant and not too happy with it. Abyss defiant is my go to auto rifle

With field scout you get 42 rounds. Balance perks are also very useful.

I didn't luck up and get Field Scout on mine but other than that it's a beast Reactive Reload High-Caliber Rounds - Perfect Balance - Single Point Sling Crowd Control It's currently equipped on my Warlock if anyone wants to have a lookie-lou.

That one you got from the nightfall sound almost like the most perfect set of perks on an autorifle you could ever get. If third eye was replaced with glass half full then it would be THE PERFECT set of perks

Mine was from a drop and has counterbalance and third eye. I bet its great with that field scout perk. Dang it!

I like Shadow Price over the Vanquisher, but if I didn't have Shadow Price I'd definitely go back to the Vanquisher. New Monarchy master race!

Well I love mine, whenever I feel like using an auto, it's my go to gun. Mine I got from a package, it's a 331 version with counterbalance, field scout and glass half full. It's basically a better version of my original shadow price. Loved that gun :)

Glass half full, perfect balance/field scout/quick draw, & reactive reload. It's on my titan if you want to see, some of the best possible perks I could get to be honest.

Yeah high impact, good stability, but even with spray and play its slow to reload, which is what you spend half the time doing. Have better luck with my vendor Up For Anything (stupid thing needs more impact though) All becomes irrelevant with the nerf anyway though.

As long as it's got field scout, beats most auto Rifles. Better perks are just fluff in top of the best damn cake.

Check out the vanquisher on my Titan, probably one of the best perks I've seen.

That sounds like the perfect crucible weapon. I love this gun. Got it on the second week and basically used it and TDYK up until the dark below release. It is tied for the Highest impact auto rifle with suros and has great base stats.

Vanquisher is a great Suros alternative. The old 300 vendor Vanquisher was one of the best AR's around. The new ones aren't nearly as good.

Vanq with field scout is EPIC, otherwise it's just average. I'm still grinding for my 2.0 one as the vendor one doesn't have field scout :(
