Honestly here yes they are powerful but I think it should stay. Both armor piercing and final round. It's a good way to counter the supers by normal means. What bungie needs to do and a lot of people have been saying this for a while now is they need to lower the amount of special ammo boxes in the crucible and extent the respawn timer for them. That would control the abuse. That's actually the main cause of the problems in crucible. It's not the perks themselves. It's the constant influx of special ammo. And that goes for all the special weapons. We have issues with shotguns and fusion rifles too because of there being way too much special ammo throughout the course of one match.

So lower special weapon ammo because one sniper is overpowered rather than just fix one sniper and leave everything else the same. It just seems silly to try to change something for all special weapons when shotguns and fusion rifles just got a nerf.

Final Round and AP are perks that are available on more than just Efrideet's Spear. The Spear is just picked on because you have the opportunity to roll the choice perks.
