what do you want as a new gun type in destiny
Be creative here there are no wrong ideas.
I would like the Spartan laser to be a weapon personally, just called something different "Charge Rifle" was a name I had in mind

Pistols and smg secondaries. Pretty much discount auto and hand cannons but can be used on sparrows, drive by sparrow. And an elemental thrower for heavy. Shooting while aiming makes a refined line of damage while hip fire makes a spread out flame/arc/void
