Andrew garrfield won't be reprising his role, Marvel/Sony has plans to introduce a new Actor. Sony still has creative control but Kevin Feige himself will be the producer of this new direction. Sony/Marvel are considering Both Logan Lerman (Percy Jackson, Noah) and Dylan O'Bryen (Teen wolf, Maze Runner) for the role. Sources say that both Sony/Marvel are looking for a younger Peter Parker still in high school but already established as Spider-man instead of retelling the Origin story. The Sinister Six has been delayed probably to rewrite it's script, Venom Solo film and Female team-UP film are still in development. Wether this movies are part of the MCU remains to be seen. (Probably yes). Sony will not earn money from Captain America Civil War while Marvel won't earn money from the spiderman solo film. Both companies are sharing the franchise. Sony confirmed that the deal didn't involve money at all and that it was a decision they did to help the franchise. Marvel confirmed they are doing th first step to share the rights and from there hopefully regain complete control.
