Destiny is never boring
Destiny is never boring...when you have six subclasses to choose from.
EDIT: Early results show most people bored with the game only have one character or, three of the same class.. In short; if you haven't played through SIX subclasses this poll is NOT aimed at you.

1 ReplyI was getting burned out but still played because of HoW release in March. Then came the weekly update with news of nerfs and DLC pushed back till may/June and haven't played since. What a bummer. I have no intentions of playing until HoW release.

1 ReplyI only come back for the weekly activities (NF, Raid, Weekly heroic). After I'm done with those, I don't touch the game till the next reset. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who does this. Once you've hit the end-game wall, you pass on to other things till the next update or DLC.

Trust me when it's 5am; your insomnia keeping you awake and depression setting in and you use gaming as a form of escapism.... then destiny stops being an effective distraction very very quickly So you are wrong

Only time this game is fun for me now is if a couple of my friends are on..which is hardly ever

Sometimes I get bored because I don't want to do the same daily content three separate times. All it takes is a day or two doing something else to get interested again

I have one of each class and only find this game fun when playing with friends the conversation and banter makes the grind a joy. If I try doing that same grind solo it's borderline torture. So destiny solo is a boring experience for me.

I'm burned out on destiny right now, haven't played for a week and a bit. No reason, just haven't felt like playing. But it definetly does get tedious. I'll play again soon-ish

One of the biggest issues i see on these forums is that everyone just assumes that everyone else thinks the same way as them. This is not true. Everyone experiences things differently, values things differently, and sees things differently. Don't assume that just because you are bored with this game or think its terrible means that everyone else feels the same way. Its what you get out of it. If you don't get what you want out of it, move on, and find something worth your time. Same goes for those who enjoy it. Keep playing, and keep up what you are doing.

There are times when the grind can get to me and feel repetitive. I just play a different game when that happens to avoid burnout.
