Be creative here there are no wrong ideas.
I would like the Spartan laser to be a weapon personally, just called something different "Charge Rifle" was a name I had in mind

Edited by Renzor: 2/10/2015 5:47:38 PMSecondary: Energy Bows (sniper range, charge the weapon to fire for max damage but hold too long and it fails) Heavy: Laser Beam Weapon (the longer the weapon's beam is maintained on a target, the more damage it does) Primary: Dual Wield Sub Machine Guns (high rate of fire, long reloads)

A grilled Cheese Sandwich
-
smgs with a dual wield perk

Edited by moke: 2/10/2015 6:01:59 PMPrimary: Melee weapons: Swords, Hammers etc Special: Some sort of futuristic railgun, a sniper with a charge time like a fusion rifle Heavy: A powerful version of the Quake 3 Lightning Gun

A playlist that is strictly swords would be a game changer. Im sure they could come up with a way for it to be fun and not frustrating

I would like to see something akin to the Needler. That's it really.
-
BioRifle from Unreal Tournament would be cool.
-
For heavy drops, a sword or melle type weapon that spawns and grants bonus agility?
-
I would like to see a new faction selling a different type of gun, specifically that type of gun. Or multiple new weapon types for each slot. I'll let bungie decide what weapon types because they've done such an amazing job thus far
-
3 shot crossbow type deal. Penetrates through enemies and perks are like, burning arrow Explosive arrow, mine arrow
-
Sure its cool to think about all this stuff but this company already has all this in mind, unless they just twiddled their thumbs for the last 4 years while designing this game. Doesnt matter what we want as far as all this stuff, its a matter of how much do we have to pay for this stuff?
-
Flame thrower would be tight lol
-
charge rifle lol? aka fusion rifle? lol i know its not the same but the fusion rifle is literally a charge rifle. id like to see melee weapons you can pull out on demand like swords, staffs, spears, battle axes, things like that. would be awesome to lay waste to a wave of enemies with a battle axe or samurai sword. not like the sword of crota.

New Elemental type! ICE!!!
-
Bows and crossbows
-
Smgs (primary), Grenade launchers (heavy) and lasers (special)
-
Something like the Railway rifle. #fallout3
-
Crossbow. Bow. GATTLING GUN. flamethrower? Nuke.
-
In the cut scene when you meet the Queen and your guardian pulls the side arm from her guard... That mag style pistol for special weapon. Fast action, mag fed, elemental pistol... Maybe even 3rnd burst.
-
I'd like to see a flamethrower-type of heavy weapon. Only problem with that would be the different dmg-types since flamethrower only works with fire-damage. Perhaps "Rail Gun" would be a better word for it. I'm thinking close-range but great damage output. Picture it. Press and hold the fire button to unleash a ray of deadly power. It runs on fuel/battery and the battery greatly reduces when holding down the fire button. I would like to see an exotic heavy Rail Gun by the name "Spitfire" which would be the ideal definition of a flamethrower and it's special perk would be that it has no recoil and sets targets on fire.

BFG. Big-blam!-inGun

Edited by Jwodie: 2/10/2015 4:11:01 PMa constant beam, so basically a time on target dot weapon. so the ammo per reload is more of a number of seconds you can sustain vs. actual number of rounds fired before empty

Hunting shotguns: low ROF and stability high accuracy and impact with slug rounds. Heavy weapon slot satchel charges or command detonated explosives. continuous beam weapon low damage to start massive damage and weapon overheat at the end. Emp weapon perk, or heavy causes loss of radar and static vision. Gravity gun: loss of jumping or second jump slows agility. Freeze ray or projectiles: continued hits cause slowing then freezing shattering for a kill.
-
Laser beam that slowly raises damage as it is held on target. Heavy. Exotic variant that charges itself slowly.

I want a heavy sniper rifle, something that had a low ROF but is essentially a one hit kill. I'm looking at you NLB...
