Be creative here there are no wrong ideas.
I would like the Spartan laser to be a weapon personally, just called something different "Charge Rifle" was a name I had in mind

An atom gun It displaces atoms and causes micro black holes that can create crit points as well as hold a target in place for at least 2 seconds after the first shot (cool down of 10 shots) with low rate of fire
