I'm ready to hit up on an open Fireteam :-). We need to organize fireteam group list with team names included though since in reality the only effective fireteam # is a team of 3 (you can of course get more members, but for stuff like strikes it can only let 3 people in.) If we need more members on the team (like 6-man raids or PvP) we'll just pair up two 3-man teams, so it'll still be simple. There's also the alternative option of just pairing up with whomever is online, but how we do it comes down to member activeness :-)
