The Exo Stranger (2)

Chapter 2: Samantha The Exo dropped her gun in shock. Dud-dud, dud-dud. Exo and Awoken body parts everywhere, blood, oil, and various other fluids were splattered across the room. White, black, blue, everywhere. She fell onto her knees and looked down. Her blues eyes, now red, she proceded to pick up the gun. A darkness seemed to enter the room. She started hearing things. Whispers. For now, it was soft. A soft comforting voice, it sId to her "It's all right... [b]Give jn[/b]... There's no need to suffer... Give into it..." The Exo continued, heavy footed. She continued onwards, doing her best to ignore her surroundings, to ignore... the voices. "Come on... It's [i]easier[/i] this way... There is no other way you'll be [i]happy[/i]... [b]Join us[/b]..." She started going up the staircase. She started hearing another voice, the little girl from earlier. She was singing an old song speaking of the darkness. [spoiler]Slow version of the pop goes the weasel song[/spoiler] The Exo could not understand what she sang, the words were unclear. She finally reached the door at the top of the staircase. The room seemed to be bright compared to the other room. Her eyes turned blue once again. A little girl wearing a white dress was huddled in the corner. Her face was not visible. She had long black hair. "Ashes to ashes... We all fall..." "Hello? Are you okay?" the Exo said. The girl turned around. She was human. "You're... [i]human[/i]?" Exo asked. "I... Think?" the little girl replied. She stood up. In her hand, she held a hand cannon, one that the Exo did not recognize. "What gun is that?" "It's name... What was it?" The little girl pondered. A ghost of red manifested itself. Most ghosts had white shells with a blue eye, but this ghost was different. The shell was red with green stripes, and a glowing black eye was shown in the middle. "The name of this gun is [i]Little Hyena[/i]." "I wasn't asking you little light" "I am not made of the light, nor am I made of darkness, for I am a construct of man, tasked with protecting this humanoid." "A construct of man..." "Yes, exo, just like you were. I was made with a specific purpose, just like you, just like [b]yours[/b]." "And little girl, what is your name?" "Sa... Samantha? It is Samantha." "Where are the Vex?" "They attacked me in the room I was in before this, over there..." Samantha pointed at a door to the left of the exo. The exo got her gun ready and kicked down the door. All was left was the Vex core fluids and Vex limbs everywhere. She turned on a her flashlight to light up the room more. Samantha walked up behind the Exo Stranger and pulled her gun up, pointing it at the exo. The exo shown the light at the end of the room. What she saw horrified her. Marcus' body layed on the ground, unnaturally tangled. His blood splattered across the wall to spell something. The room lit up more, and the exo was able to read what was written.
