The UGA Story - Chapter 16 - A Friend and a Traitor

Infamy leaned forward, and looked Cheezy in face. He sighed and threw Juriel at him. "Why won't you accept my apology?" Infamy implied. Cheezy checked to see if Juriel was ok, but remained silent. Infamy began tapping his fingers on the table, waiting for a response. Infamy quickly said, "what do I have to do to earn your forgiveness?" Cheezy still did not respond. Infamy became silent, he took out his Red Death, and pulled the Traveler Knife out of it, and slid it across the table. Cheezy grabbed it. Cheezy looked up at Infamy, and said, "That you just earned my forgiveness, but you haven't earned my trust." Infamy sunk into his chair. Zubb peaked into the room, and said, "Hey Cheezy, we got a problem out here, come quick!" Zubb closed the door. Cheezy shot up, and ran to the door. Just as he reached the door, it exploded open. Cheezy, Infamy, and Juriel were blown back against a wall. Juriel was killed on impact. Zubb walked through, holding a detonator in one hand, and had Eli by the neck in the other. "Zubb threw Eli in front of him, and said, "Infamy, if you don't want Eli's head splattered across the room, give me the knife." Infamy did not realize the knife was right next to him after the explosion. He did not respond. Zubb bashed his gun against Eli's helmet, cracking it into 3 pieces, exposing his head, Eli was sweating and was extremely nervous. He knew Zubb would do it, and he knew Infamy was stubborn. Infamy picked up the knife, and said, "You want it? You can have it!" The threw the knife at Zubb. It stuck into Zubb's arm. But what Infamy forgot, is that he threw it at Zubb's prosthetic arm. He picked it out, and put it on his belt. Eli jumped up, and tried to push Zubb back, instead Zubb bear hugged Eli, and slowly began to break his back. He then asked, "Whatcha gonna do now Eli?" Eli quickly grabbed the knife off of Zubb's belt, and attempted to stab him, but Zubb threw him to the ground. The knelt down over Eli, and got face to face with him. He looked him in the eyes, and put a gun to his heart, just as he was about to pull the trigger, Eli punched him in the neck, while Zubb was gagging, Eli sat up, and bit Zubb in the jugular vein on his neck. Zubb bled out in a matter of seconds. Eli picked up the gun, and continuously kept shooting Zubb's dead body, out of rage. Infamy ran up, and took the gun away from Eli. He then turned around, and helped Cheezy up. They heard people outside talking. Infamy walked out to a shocking scene. Mr Kay had been stabbed by Zubb, and Shikari was trying to treat his wounds. Titan was assisting Shikari. Infamy rushed to hem, and asked them to stand back. Infamy used his magic to buff Mr Kay, so he could pull the knife out of him. Once he did this, he sealed the wound with his healing ability. Mr Kay was knocked out cold. Infamy carried his body onto a ship, followed by Eli, and took off. Cheezy, Shikari, and Titan quickly stole one of Infamy's ships, to follow them back to the last city.
