Hi All, I am happy to see so many new members. I look forward to playing with everyone. However, with so many new members organization becomes increasingly important to be successful. We want all of our members to participate in group events. This being said in order to organize these we ask that everyone communicates via the group forums. If you are not doing this don't expect to know when or how events are happening and then get mad when you don't complete your raids or other content. I have had other forum posts on the topic of what times work best for everyone ect. When we recruit we make sure that most of your play time will work with the rest of the members. At this point I am going to start making times for raids with groups. You are either going to be there or not. Of course I can almost guarantee that if you communicate via forums you will get everything done that you need. Since I hope we will have more than one group going at once for several events we will be looking for players that could possibly lead groups through raids or other content. I have been impressed with everyone's ability and want to help each other thus far and would like for it to continue. Also make sure when we you online you're in the endeavor party chat. It will always be up. If it isn't please make one and invite other members. Thanks all. Be looking for the weekly events post. Z
