Thought I'd post here since it's art related.
I was sitting in the barbers, waiting for my friend to get his hair cut, so I grabbed one of those magnetic drawing boards. I was bored so I doodled some terrorists fighting soldiers. This little kid comes in and stands by me.
I began to erase the drawing, but he stopped and asked what I was drawing. I told him I was drawing some soldiers fighting, and he grabbed the pen and started adding more things to the half-erased drawing.
He then erased the board back to me and I started drawing a cowboy fighting an Indian outside a house. He asked me what they were doing again and I told him. Again, he took the pen and started adding things like the cowboy throwing explosives at the Indian, and aliens flying in the sky.
He took something I'd drawn and added his own stuff to it, and he seemed really happy and enthusiastic about it. He was really going into detail explaining all the explosions and aliens and bombs and stuff.
Yeah so there's my little story for today. I liked that kid, I wonder if he'll grow up to be a concept designer for games or something.

I wish I could meet a kid like that... Interested in art and stuff, I mean. Where I live kids aren't interested in art :( Art in my district most likely will be cut from the school system in grade 9+ by the end of the decade not due to lack of funding, rather lack of students taking the classes.

yfw this kid grows up to be a mass murderer
-
That kid is obviously going to grow up to be an extra terrestrial suicide bomber.
-
I hate children.
-
Plot twist: OP actually has split personality disorder and the kid was actually the psychological manifestation of his other, psychotic manchild side.
-
So did you get his number and -blam!-, or what? You're leaving us hanging here OP.

Me and some friends used to draw star wars pictures a couple years ago. My friends said my drawings were the best, and that i could be an artist like my mom. But about 2 years ago, i realized my drawings were crap, and i could never do anything special that was art related. Now, my big dream is to join the military, maybe get into the green berets. Point is, people change.

Maybe he just likes the violence...

I have a lil cousin that reloads my energy like that...kids are special when it comes to art

Almost every young kid has an imagination and loves drawing, but somewhere between childhood and teen years that seems to fade away for most.

"wonder if he'll grow up to be a concept designer for games or something." Lol, not likely.

How young is young? No pedo intended.
