Level 22 Weekly Heroic Kicked Our Butt Last Night

We were all over level 24. This should have been easy. They were just level 22. Getting to the boss was no problem. We just did the Daily Heroic on level 26 Heroic. The Weekly at level 22 should be fine right? After an hour of getting our butts collectively handed to us, we retreated in confusion to try another day and count our spoils- only to be disappointed in the extreme. One blue engram a piece. For an hour of grinding. What the ever loving hell?
