The game looks amazing. I cannot help but notice the health regeneration like Uncharted though. I hope rations will still be used in some way. It does not bother me much....

Here is the opening in English. I cannot say I like Kiefer's version of "kept you waiting huh" It sounds so inferior.

Looks great!

The player should have died at least twice. There must have been a thing where the player had god mode but the damage screen was at the max.

I wish it was in English, lol. And dolphin dives for the win. The ending was cool. However, I've never been a fan of the combat in the Metal Gear games. I always found it clunky, and it looks a good amount of clunky in this game too. Still, graphics are great.

Edited by Hipi07: 9/24/2013 1:36:13 PMI´m watching it right meow, but I´ll edit as I see things I want to comment about. So Ground Zeroes actually has various missions? I thought it would only be the prision camp and then it would go into Phantom Pain. The mission select screen suggests otherwise. Sexy. Dude that whole thing was -blam!-ing awesome. I loved to see the chopper actually get shot down and having to find a new exit route. Also loved how he lured the BTR and blew it off the cliff. The whole shooter aspect of MGS has been improved drastically and it´s looking great. The posbilities for co-op missions is unreal, so much shit to do and in so many ways to do it alone or with more people. As I said in the other thread, I like the loss of the Soliton Radar in favor of the tagging system. Will actually use the binoculars for once and will have a need to find high ground t scope out and tag guards. Also loved how he climbed the roof to snipe. Just imagine playing co-op with one guy on the ground as he was, and another from a tower sniping. It was pretty obvious though that the game was set on a really low difficulty. You seem to take a lot more damage and lot faster than in previous MGS games, which could be a reason for the regenerating health, although I also hope rations are still worth something (stamina maybe? health just regenerates faster than in MGS3 since you take damage faster) Holy -blam!- am I excited for this game. And I don´t even know much about the actual story.

Edited by Arbiter 739: 9/21/2013 10:25:54 AMI don't like that it seems his health is regenerating, but I get the feeling it's being played on a low difficulty setting and Kojima adding health regeneration for the easiest setting is not too much of a stretch for me. Probably had god mode on.
Because people who aw the private demo early on said that Snake's health regenerates and damage is shown on the screen through blood splatter on the screen. But this isn't blood splatter, it's the film quality degrading, to reflect the fact that this story takes place in the past. The more damage BB takes, the screen starts getting film tears/artifacts/discoloration to reflect film degradation/old film appearance. ~YouTube comment
Still not really feeling it

It looks aesthetically really pretty, but looks a little too MGS4 for my taste. I liked MGS4, but I didn't absolutely adore it like I did 1,2, and 3. Hoping this doesn't turn out kinda like that.
