Apparently, Ground Zeroes will have much "mature content" and challenge many "taboos." But Kojima, fortunately, says he's more focused on the creativity rather than sales.

Go Kojima go. Really curious what he's tackling that's so risque that he thinks the game wouldn't release with it included.

But done in a way which doesn't make you realise you're doing it exactly, like how in God of War 3 you crush Zeus' head into pulp for ages before realising he died a while back and you've just been crushing a dead, old man's skull.
