Looking for a team

Looking a fun team that allows a learning curve. I have never raided. I normally do playlists unless there's a specific grind. I have a few strike quests that I would like to knock out. The matchmaking hasn't helped on that front much. I have a leveled hunter. Light is around 310 if i remember right. It's climbing but it's a slow moving goal. I have a headset if that helps with commuincation.
