Looking for a group

hi, I'm looking for a group to help me do some of the missions I cant solo. "Weekly Nightfall Strike" "Challenge of the Elders Lv 42" "Kings Fall Raid" and the last one I need a group on is "Fears Embrace" I cant get past the 3rd wave with all the poison on the ground and troops with the boss. lol I also would love some help on getting 330 gear. I'm kinda new to the game and don't know how to get the good gear. I'm currently 300 light lv at lv 40 playing on my warlock. My gamer tag is devilboykillzu
