This would be a dream come true, and something I've often wondered why someone hasn't already perfected. It looks essentially like Rain-X for the paint. I'd be one of the first in line to have this done. No more $12.00 car washes and have it rain the next day. Surface rust would be virtually nonexistent.

This is basically just that water-resistant stuff that's been sprayed on clothes and surfaces for the last few years, only, this time on a car. Still neat.

What if the car is set to go to the movies, but a random problem happens? It's going to try to kill the occupants so it can continue on with its programmed directives.

No shit. Especially now that I have a white car? Something I never thought I would own. It's so friggin windy here, it doesn't matter how good you clean and wax it, there WILL be dirt on it in 5 minutes.

Because that's just what we need, support for jobs in Asia. With all of the stigmas floating hanging around America's neck I'd expect it to be an American invention.
