Technology is cool and all, but where are our hover cars were all supposed to be driving around in by now?

I could see parking being problematic if you forget you left the invisible hood on.
-
Meh not interested. I've hardly ever had the need to see what's directly under my hood when off roading. If I have I just lean out the door (I have a jeep so I off road without doors) Cool tech though. You crazy brits

I expected a plexiglass hood when I read the title. This is... kind of a meh novelty.

1. Cool. 2. But British electronics...

Cool, i could see more entertaining solutions though, like pranking sleeping friends on road trips.
-
That's cool but will probably be expensive to fix when it inevitably breaks.

Edited by One Epic Phail: 4/9/2014 6:49:34 PMSo it's essentially a LED hood with cameras mounted underneath the car to make it appear as though you're looking straight to the ground? Neat technology that militaries around the world already utilize, except they make entire cars invisible within the landscapes that they're in. I personally don't see the point for a road car, and as Porsche said it will be an expensive fix when it does eventually break. Also let's be honest no one actually takes Land Rovers offroading, they're a mall crawler excluvisely in the US at least

Awesome tech but unfortunately most LR discoveries will be used to drive the kids to and from school never any serious off-roading. Regarding the hover cars I don't know if you're being completely serious but anyway I'd hate them. I think cars now are great as they are, they just need to be produced more efficiently and reduce emissions. Other than that I think they're great.

Land Rover is supreme to your American crap

Gatsby hit it on the Head
unfortunately most LR discoveries will be used to drive the kids to and from school never any serious off-roading
I don't think I've ever seen a Dirty LR in my life
