I'd be vaguely curious about halo 5. But that's just because I want to see how they continue the "story".

Only Bungie-made.
-
Nope. I care about the Halo games I still play: Halo Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo: Reach. Oh, wait... Those are only the Bungie-made Halo games... guess those are the only ones that ever really mattered. I play H3 and Reach for my online fix. CE and H2 when I get nostalgic. Halol 4 and everyone at 3fail3 Incompetencies can die of dysentery for all I care. It wouldn't affect me a bit if another Halo game never got produced.

343i will continue to ruin this series from the inside out. So no.
-
Of course! I don't play it nearly as much anymore after 343i took over.
-
Same here. Of course I will still buy the next Halo games but that is because I played Halo religiously.

Halo story ended for me on a wonderful note in Halo 3. After seeing reach and Halo 4 story doesn't mean anything to me. Multiplayer is now as casual as it gets taking away any sort of thinking or skill. So no, I really don't care about Halo anymore. It's no longer Halo. I have no problem skipping the Xbox One and watching a 10 min recap vid on yotube in the future of the story for Halo 5 and 6. I won't need to play the multiplayer for them either. It's just going to be more mindless crap that deviates farther and farther away from what made Halo well ... Halo.

In Halo 5 micro-transactions will rule, why earn a loadout when you can just buy one? Sniper Rifle and Rocket Launcher loadouts will naturally cost more than others.
-
Yeah, I still care. I'm hoping 343i listens and learns from us so the multiplayer system will improve. As for the campaign, I'm excited to see where they go from here. Halo 5 should be interesting.
-
While I already lost almost all of my interest, I would like to see how 343i ends Master Chief's story. See if they screw it up just like Halol 4, or they actually pull a good ending.
-
While Halo 4 needs some work (perhaps a lot) at least they tried and admitted their mistakes in what they did. However bad the game might be in some areas I'll follow Chief till the end. He's a character that we all have followed for a while and he is still himself. I think we owe it to go with him through this different, perhaps awful journey. 343 did ok, sometimes bad, but regardless Bungie started Halo. So because of that I will follow that universe.

Bungie's Halo games - Yes 343i Call of Halo - NO!!!
-
Sure I still care about the franchise. To me, whether or not I buy Halo 5 is more of a question of the hardware and not the game.
-
343i managed to butcher campaign and MM. They should have been in charge of CoD.
-
When Karen Travis killed the lore my interest in the franchise died.
-
Only if they fixed the plasma pistol in multiplayer for halo 4. vechicle driving is retarded. Thats my only concern. i loved all the rest
-
Hasn't been in my disc tray in two months. Even Reach I was still playing well over a year in. Eat shit and die, 343.
-
I like the bungie games
-
They've taken some good steps in the right direction lately. (Red X, rebalancing the weapons, etc) They still need to fix a TON of other things though. Hopefully they can pull through.
-
I couldn't care less about the game, but after watching Halo: Forward unto Dawn, I have to say I am somewhat excited to see it become a series.
-
I'm still interested but only in bungies halo games. I still play halo 3 a lot but halol 4 really killed my faith into the forerunner triologie
-
When they shot and cut off Halsey's arm, they very nearly lost my interest.
-
Nope. Halo 4 killed any interest I had in the franchise.
-
-blam!- you 343, you made me bored of Halo!!!
-
Edited by Egerspurge: 6/2/2013 9:44:23 PMNo. I was Halo'd out before Reach and I'm done paying games I don't really want.
-
Nope. Got Halo 4, it didn't wow me. I won't be getting any more Halo games.
-
Depends. I'll probably make up my mind a week or so after the Weapon balance.
