Official Magic: The Gathering Thread
I know Magicmagininja plays, but does anyone else here play Magic: The Gathering? I've become addicted to it recently.

I play it on XBLA. I haven't played it recently, but I usually pick it up again, get addicted for about a month, then get sick of it and quit. Fun game, but I don't think I'd ever get into collecting the actual cards.

I play. My friend got me into it a little over a year ago, and Hylebos fueled it with his group here on b.net. I don't play very competitively, like at tournaments of FNM, but my siblings and friends play quite a bit. I recently deconstructed an old White deck heavy on enchantments and equipment so i could make an enchantment heavy Boros deck. I've got both Gideon variants in it.

1 ReplyI tried it a long time ago, but never really got into it. TCGs in general tend to deter me since they encourage the continual purchasing of new packs in order to remain competitive.

I used to play Magic a LOT. I collected and played from Arabian Nights until... I don't remember what set. When I finally sold off my collection I was playing with reflecting pools and slivers.
