Xûr's Location & Items 5-15-15

Truth is one of 3 exotic rocket launchers. It is highly thought of due to aggressive tracking and proximity detonation. This is one of the last exotics I need. Xur is far too kind to me. Knucklehead radar is a strong exotic as it allows you to keep radar active while aiming down sight. Skullfort is a highly sought after exotic. I recommend just googling this one for the perk tree. Bottom line is that you should buy it. The Veil is similar to Skullfort in its perks so google it and decide for yourself.
