Raiding Idea

Been thinking and there are still a lot of inexperienced raiders in the group. Now with that being said start up raiding parties that have 4 highly exp players in it and 1 exp player and 1 that has no clue what he is doing. Raid a couple times with that group giving the both guys that aren't highly experienced the difficult tasks so that way they will learn and can form there own group. If we keep on having people getting "carried" they will never learn. Also with bringing in only 1 that doesn't have a clue the raid will not be longer than 2 hours or so. When we start adding on the the inexp the time gets longer by a lot and I don't feel that people are actually learning and the people that are exp are suffering for that. Also the more raids we can knock out with the 4 exp the better. I don't know the easiest way to set this up because of the time zones and all but this should help people learn the raid in a good time frame for everyone.
