a little about me & the start of something good... I hope
I played a few pc games back in the eighties and early nineties. Played Quakes 1,2 and the other that was single player. Loved Half-life....
After a long hiatus, I wound up with an Xbox 360, and played mostly Skyrim. I love that game!
My friends convinced me to pony up for a PS 4 - since they're all PS4 gamers. Now I'm waiting for them to get on board with Destiny!
I never played any on-line games, so never PvP - which I may be the worst player in the known local universe. And have only played on a console from when I picked up Skyrim the December it came out. I never felt comfortable with using those damn things! Still don't!
I need a lot of work, but I'm all about doing this for fun - at 58, I don't need any more stress!
I respect all the good players out there, and hope to get a little better myself. I'm a gaming noob I guess.

I'm Down to play any time even though I'm a relatively younger compared to you (30yrs old). All my friend tease me because of my old man habits. I'm down to play any time and its a judgement free zone...partially cause I'm terrible. PSN: Todd-Dax

2 RepliesWhat !? ... 58, you're a young kid. I'm 75 using the gaming system as a "Treadmill for my brain" it appears to work. Let me see if I can add you as a friend so you will show me some new tricks. I'm stuck at level 28 with no upwards movement at the moment. ZYG3480S

...And I'm in the Eastern US, and I play anywhere from 4pm to 11pm weekdays and 7am to midnight or later if need be weekends. Like everyone else, when I get the chance. Got mediocre Frontier for Internet, so I really don't know how that will effect lag, etc... Thanks for the welcome!

(we still get things done though) Hope your friends get on Destiny soon but you also just gained 200 friends in this group.
