Something is going on with my Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls
Can anybody help me with this, so first of all there is a lock on my Diablo app and when I click on it, it reads "Cannot start application. Cannot connect to the server to verify the license." Does this have anything to do with the maintenance going on right now.

I suggest you look at the diablo 3 forums. It seems like there have been some connectivity issues on PSN. There might be a fix for you there.
