Raid groups during the day pls????????

Looking for group to do raids, nm or hm or challenges during the day, I'm layed off from work so have a lot of extra time on my hands. I'm available almost anytime , have completed couple raids, and a challenge, so I'm not without faults, but I do OK, looking get into group that is looking to get together to pass some time during day, I don't get hyper if someone fails on something, or if we don't pass something, because at end of day, its just a game. If we reap rewards great, we can celebrate, if not oh well, we can get better and get them next time. Also guess should specify I'm on Xbox one
