In pvp that is a different story, you should have to take a risk for that OHK. It should be a challenge to use shotguns but rewarding if you master it.. as of now shotguns are too easy to use.

In pvp I agree. Pve though-what was my first exotic (Invective) is garbage now due to that range. I want to be a run around ninja! (Bladedancer) lol

But with 2x damage post patch shotguns in pvp should do work.. if used right..

I know they exotic perk makes it so when you aim it doubles the range. Which apparently is pretty far.

Invectives regen is ok but I found I go through the ammo too quick lol On a side note I am looking to get a slower rate of fire, high impact, legendary shotgun (keep exotic open) that is auto fire- and has with kill it returns shot fired directly into magazine. <-this gun is my *drool over the thought of* shotgun
