Bungie should make a new area, similar to the tower, where people go when they're lookin to raid. The tower doesn't work because only 16 people can be in it at once, but a certain spot in game would be good because you can inspect potential fireteam members before sending an invite. Alternatively, they can just "open up" a new random room in the tower just for that purpose, and raise the player cap in the tower to 50 or so. Anyone else agree?
