I have no idea what the fck you mean with that, but what could have happened is that you finished Crota and without noticing got Suros Regime which you get ONLY when you leave into orbit and since you might have reloged directly in Crotas room it might have stayd in the games cache on the char and then while reloging back to the Warlock it apeared.
