Any reason Super Smash Bros. for Gamecube is so freaking expensive right now?
Seriously, I'm only finding prices $50 and up just to buy a used copy. It's not like it's a rare game like Earthbound or something, nor is it that old of a game as well. Anyone know what the deal is with that?

Some first party Nintendo games do not lose their value, I don't have a Wii or Wii U but I think you can get a lot of the classic games via Nintendo's virtual store, you might be able to get it that way. If you are after the original for the Gamecube you will have to pay for it. I disagree with ROMs like you and physical is always better.
