This one's pretty good. Chronolock User exists outside of time and space and as such are immune to just about anything that would affect or harm them: if time should stop then the user would not be affected. If reality would change, the user would remember both the previous and have knowledge of differences from the old to the new. If the area around the user explodes or the planet which they are on vanish or does not exist any more the user is not affected since they do not exist inside space. Since you exist outside of space and time, nothing can theoretically hurt, injure, or even affect you. You're a consistent observer, however it doesn't give you any particular destructive powers, and you may even be unable to interfere with the world around you.

Seems pretty over powered for someone who loves knowledge.

Definitely, you can act as the perfect advisor since you aren't affected by time, you can't be killed or weakened or sickened, I wouldn't even think your brain would be affected by the idea of the Bekenstein Limit, even if you couldn't control or touch that around you, you could advise others to with ease.
