Question re Hunter & Dont touch me exotic
Xur is selling these for 13 strange coins this weekend. Are these worthwhile for a hunter alt? Any PVP value?

I have them. Mostly a niche PvE tool, but they are fun in PvP too. Causes just that little bit of disorientation if you get popped.
