Yeah you basically did. You said that they shouldn't be a "Automatic "I win" button" which sounds like you're sayibg they shouldn't OHK anybody. Now imagine people using their supers and the person doesn't get killed and they just easily kill you with weapon fire. It'd ve like Bladedancing except you would just waste your Super slashing one person to take them down.
Yeah you basically did.
No, I didn't.
You said that they shouldn't be a "Automatic "I win" button" which sounds like you're sayibg they shouldn't OHK anybody.
Nope. You can have Supers OHK without being an "I win" button by making them take a hell of a lot more skill to use then they do currently. Fist of Panic is a guaranteed kill in nearly every single circumstance and it's almost impossible to avoid since it has ridiculous anti-air capability. Would it really be gamebreaking if it couldn't kill people 25 feet in the air? No, it wouldn't. Interestingly enough, Golden Gun is an example of super that almost gets things right. It's OHK, but the Hunter is very vulnerable while it's in use. You can miss a shot, though it's very unlikely. The only problem with it is how easy the shots connect. Hell, even Nova Bomb isn't nearly as annoying as Fist of Panic, despite what people (mostly Titan (ab)users) have tried to tell me. Because at the very least, the Warlock is vulnerable and can be shot out of the air before he fires. There's a risk to activating it, which Striker Titans don't have.

Edited by john_osborne: 1/25/2015 7:17:58 PMThat's because you're unlucky enough to be fighting players who are PanicSupering dude like a a type of "Defense Mechanism". I play a Titan mostly and I honestly never Panic Supered in a PVP Match. I saved my Super for larger Groups and such. I think the Supers are actually balanced. If you get killed by Supers it's kind of your fault for just standing still and letting them get their Super off on ya.
