Who is your obsession? So... ~3500 votes. And 1800 are queen.
Toland was obsessed with the hive and all their practices, I am obsessed with the fallen, who are you obsessed with? Who do you want to know inside and out?
Post why below.
Here's some of my theories on them:
Fallen[spoiler] they have an amazing hierarchy of royalty. If you didn't know the dregs are actually just vandals with their arms cut off. The captain's are just vandals with better gear. I assume barons are just captains that hold land. The Kell may be equivalent to a king, but I'm unsure.
So what made them scavengers? What made them fall? Was it us? The traveler? The darkness?[/spoiler]
Hive[spoiler] they exist outside death! They are not born into life, nor do the pass on from it. They are simply created and destroyed.
And horrifyingly, created again.[/spoiler]
Vex[spoiler] computing organic robots. Who created them? The precursors? The darkness? The traveler? Are they trying convert all organic life into their hybrid like?
Will we be able to defeat them?[/spoiler]
Cabal[spoiler] these brutal soldiers are easily holding their own against one of our greatest enemy, the vex. Who do they fight for? I've read grimoire that stated some merely fear their command while others follow.[/spoiler]
Traveler[spoiler] is it evil? Is it just misunderstood?
Will it be our salvation our destruction?[/spoiler]

If anybody knew. The brother was supposed to be good and the traveler and speaker bad. But since the story would've been late they fired the first story guy and hired a second to write up a bunch of cards that are now grimoire cards. So I want to know about the brothers new story personally.

The Fallen but not because of their past so much as the future. I thought it was fantastic to hear Variks say "All that are Fallen are not lost, yes?" that some foreshadowing i hope.

The vex. They are certainly the most mysterious. They bend time and space at will, have been captured and studied and still have no solid theories on where they came from or what they are. Are they a stand alone ai capable of individual thoughts and decide to work together? Or are they cogs in a war machine bent on our destruction. I've heard theories that the traveler made them and the darkness consumed them, one where we made them in the far distant future, decided we were not worthy of existence. Just want to more about them.

7 RepliesVariks. What is his true agenda? When we speak to him he ask questions like "where is your ship, is it in good condition? May i see your ship?" He also mentions the great machine, which i believe is the traveler. What does he want with the traveler? Does he intened to use it to help us, help himself or maybe to take it for the fallen? Grimore has a card where he says something along the lines of "house of kings look strong, perhaps variks made the wrong choice". Would he try to take the travaler for the house of kings, or maybe attempt to rebuild the house of judgment?

I personally am greatly intrigued and obsessed with the traveler. The thing is immensely fascinating because of the unknowns behind it and how insanely powerful it is
