Yeah, while I think it's annoying, it's not necessarily OP as the other supers are equally frustrating. The freaking vertical area of effect though, never knew it was so bad till I attempted getting as high as possible to avoid it. Never works.
Edit: To be fair though, I've never been able to stop a fist of panic like I can with the other supers.
