You said "of the work" and you ask "what work"? The answer is the strike, and you cannot do 300% of a strike. Choose your wording differently.

I might be doing 33 % of the work but that percentage is 100% of my job, if the other two leave, yes I have to do 100% of the strike but that's 300% of my usual worktask I'm terribly sorry that you are too simple minded to see that at all.
