Mulligan
Mulligan sucks (doesn't proc very often) but return to sender is frigging awesome. Infinite ammo if you're a good shot.

how often does return to sender return a bullet..?

25% I had it on my Timur's lash with first roll... did a bit of reading online and found that it will only return 1, maybe 2 rounds to the chamber if you're lucky and getting kills with every bullet, so I reforged and got Oulaw, so I'm happy with it.

15% I believe. I have a devil you don't with it and it triggers once every two clips. Mulligan and RtS are both crap IMO
