I have done TONS of Roc strikes and I use the icebreaker and have forever. I routinely end up with more kills than my teammates and am usually the guy to kill the boss, so no.

I am talking about the people who snipe ontop of the rocks in the area where the vex are. Prolongs the whole strike.
