I've been sniping the bosses with my Supremacy ever since I've acquired it through the Queen's Wrath event. I snipe the crit spots because it is the most effective way of dealing large amounts of damage. However I do switch to other weapons once I run out of ammo or shots with the IB as inflicting continuous damage is the way to whittle down health.
