You shoot 12 bullets a minute and every one of those bullets is a kill + AoE explosion to dmg nearby enemies. One shot into a group of thrall and you kill them all. Seems legit to me. Pro Icebreaker Fo' Life. Haven't taken it out of my secondary slot for months unless I'm using the patience and time to run through the Crota lamps section. Edit: Plus by time you shoot out a full clip it has already regenerated 1-2 more shots so 7-8 total before waiting. And I'm almost positive the icebreaker regens 1 bullet every 5 seconds (not 10) which is 30 seconds for another full clip, not a minute. Meaning in a minute you have the possibility to put out 18 icebreaker shots. Plenty enough to clear an area of enemies. Quit cryin' lol
