So! From what I have gathered so far in my research, the best bet for legendaries is leveling your vanguard/faction/crucible rep right? Wrong. From what I have tested compared to my research Hidden Buffs have worked for the better. Right now I use the Blessing Of The Watcher for the end roll buff. I have gotten a legendary heavy and fusion rifle after two days of crucible playing. I think that end roll has the best chances for legendary gear and weapons. Before equipping the blessing I never ever got legendaries, much less rares. Although leveling your rep works, I find it more fun and less grueling to play crucible, while taking rep breaks in between for those vanguard bounties
Exotic Bounties from multiple vanguards
:) Become legend!
