I had 2 of them drop in the VOG. Bought the upgrade from Xur.
I've heard that the rounds will penetrate a Titan's bubble a ricochet around inside. Haven't tried this yet.

You have to be inside, but when you are, if the Titan is on the other team...the Ward will disappear once he's melted.
